Removing NearPlug

NearPlug works entirely through WhatsApp. We do not use “Log in with Facebook” and we never receive or store your Facebook account ID, friends list or profile data.

If you remove or disconnect NearPlug

On WhatsApp: block or delete the NearPlug chat. We will stop sending you messages. Bookings that are already paid are still completed or refunded as described in our terms.
On Facebook / Meta: if you remove NearPlug under Settings → Apps and websites or Business integrations, Meta notifies us automatically at the address below. Because we hold no Facebook data about you, there is nothing further to remove on that side.

Deleting the data we do hold

Removing the app does not delete the booking, vehicle or host details linked to your WhatsApp number. To erase those, follow the steps on our data deletion page or email info@aflatus.com.

For Meta: deauthorize callback

Deauthorization notices are received at https://nearplug.in/meta/deauthorize (HTTP POST with a signed_request). Each notice is acknowledged and recorded.
